Bath is very much alive and is quiet a cosmopolitan city, offering an intriguing mix of theatres, festivals, quality restaurants, sporting excellence and individual shopping as well as a renowned university of Bath. Bath is situated between two areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Cotswolds incorporating the Cotswold water parks and the Mendips. with the Mendip hills to the North. It is also within easy access to the  valleys and villages of North East Somerset.
